Pricing & Availability

  • Online Only: Prices shown apply exclusively to online orders and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
  • Subject to Change: Prices can change at any time without notice.
  • Error Corrections: We reserve the right to fix typos, misprints, or calculation errors.
  • Pricing Accuracy: If a pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you before processing your order.
  • Order Discretion: We may decline orders that pose a financial or operational risk. If so, we'll notify you via email.

Order Requirements

  • Billing & Shipping Must Match: For protection, both addresses must match to process your order.
  • Order Changes: Contact us within 15 minutes if changes are needed. Once processed, no changes can be made.

Sales Tax

A 6.25% sales tax applies to orders shipped to Massachusetts. No tax is charged on orders shipped outside Massachusetts.

Cancelled Orders

Special-ordered items from American Honda may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if cancelled.

Backorders

If a part is out of stock, shipping usually occurs within 10–15 business days. We’ll notify you if it takes longer and offer the option to cancel.

Free & Discounted Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (within the 48 continental U.S.).
  • Oversized items ship at a discounted flat rate of $165/item via FedEx Ground.
  • Please be sure to read over the terms and conditions for all the details.

Shipping Costs & Special Packaging

Shipping is based on item weight and size. If costs exceed the estimate, we’ll contact you for approval.

Shipping Addresses

  • Street addresses only – no P.O. Boxes.
  • Customers are responsible for address errors, changes after shipping, or refused deliveries.
  • No shipping to U.S. territories - Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam

Carriers

  • Orders ship via UPS Ground, SmartPost, or FedEx.
  • Expedited shipping is available during checkout.
  • Map below illustrates the FedEx estimated shipping time.

đź”§Superceded & Remanufactured Parts


Superceded Parts

Like all manufacturers, American Honda is regularly reviewing the quality of its products and their suppliers. From time to time American Honda may find the need to improve a product’s quality or availability. When this happens, they assign a different part number to the new product. Bernardi Parts reserves the right to supply you with a superceded part in place of the originally ordered part.


Remanufactured Parts & CORE Charges

American Honda remanufactures some parts to be resold as new. When purchasing a remanufactured part, a CORE charge will be applied to the order - the amount of which varies by part. The CORE charge is included in the list of parts - to the right of the price column. The CORE charge is a deposit that is refunded after the part(s) is returned to BernardiParts.com.
